ABOUT ME

I have always been passionate and curious about people—how they become the way they are, how they relate to one another, and how they change. I grew up in New York City as part of a multicultural family, with parents who greatly valued community, hospitality, and service to others. As I continue to grow my therapeutic practice, I seek to embody these values for my clients. Come in, get comfortable—you are welcome here.

I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Delaware, where I received my B.A. in Interpersonal Communication as well as a minor in Human Development and Family Studies. After returning home to New York City, I completed my Masters in Mental Health Counseling at Hunter College. I am excited to continue providing therapy to new and longtime New Yorkers from all walks of life. In my spare time, I love cooking for my friends and loved ones, arranging flowers, reading good books, and enjoying time at home with my fluffy cat, Beso.
